What Can I Expect During a Holiday Lighting Consultation?

A holiday lighting consultation is a stress-free, low-pressure way to learn more about the holiday lighting design and installation possibilities for your home. There is no commitment required. Just a friendly meeting to discuss lighting design, products, and rates.

Property Visit

All holiday lighting consultations will take place on-site. Our team needs to see and assess your home, its architecture, and landscaping to consult on what designs and products are feasible for use on your property.

Design

The consultation is an opportunity for you to share photos of inspiration and your vision for what you would like your holiday lighting design to look like. Feeling uninspired? Our creative crew can make suggestions and draft a custom design to suit and accent the unique features of your property.

Products

During a holiday lighting consultation, we’re happy to share about the different lighting products available and what makes them durable and unique. There are many different products to choose from and a professional can guide you towards which products will achieve the look you want or what may be most appropriate for your property.

What does your holiday lighting program include?

Our holiday lighting services include a variety of options including the following and more:

  • Lighting consultation and design
  • Installation
  • Removal
  • Storage
  • Lighting supplies including bulbs, clips, timers, and cords
  • Service Warranty 
Do you have a minimum project size for installing holiday lights?

Residential holiday lighting projects typically start at $300. It all depends on the size and complexity of your project. We will be better able to determine your individual project needs during your holiday lighting consultation.

Will I own the lights you install? What if I move? Can I take my lights with me?

Yes, the project price we estimate will include the cost of lights and supplies. If you move, you may take them with you. Any custom design can be modified to accommodate your new home.

Will you store the holiday lights for me?

Yes, if you choose, we will store them for you until your installation date next season.

What if there’s a problem with my lights?

If you notice a problem with your lights, give us a call and we’ll get you scheduled on our service route as soon as possible. We are happy to serve you during our normal operating hours. We are open weekdays, 8 am - 4 pm. We are closed on weekends and all major holidays.

Do you offer any discounts?

Yes, if your installation is performed on or before  Nov. 15th, we are happy to offer $100 off the total price of your project.

What kind of lights do you use?

There are two (2) distinct types of lights we use for our holiday lighting installation:

  • C9 LED bulbs
  • LED Mini Strands for trunk and branch wrapping
Is there a contract for our services?

Yes, we will partner with you for your holiday lighting from year-to-year. Our contract agreements are for three years and include a comprehensive service warranty for the duration of that contract. 

The warranty with our three-year contract includes service calls during normal operating hours, replacement of broken or damaged bulbs, and lighting supply maintenance.

When will you install and remove my lights?

Installations begin the first week in November. Removal of lights begins the week after the New Year holiday.
